Program

NGSE - New Generations Service Exchange

The New Generations Service Exchange is the most recent of the programs included in the Fifth Way of Action of Rotary International dedicated to New Generations and is aimed at "Young Adults", with the purpose of supporting them in their professional development and social interests, by providing the opportunity to learn about and experience the way of life, education system and business world of another country.

The NGSE program offers individual experiences, ideal for high school graduates or newly graduated university students, carefully selected by Rotary, based on their academic and professional profiles. With this program, the participants experience everyday life in another country through work experiences in different local realities, giving them a deeper awareness of themselves, others and the world. At the same time, families, guest districts and the whole community are culturally enriched by participation in the project and by friendly contact with people of different cultures and experiences.

The program offers the opportunity to participate as an "observer", without any form of remuneration, in significant business (and professional) realities of the hosting District.
